MagniSort? 人 CD117 (c-Kit) Positive Selection Kit 設計用于通過陽性選擇實現 CD117+ 細胞的磁性分離。它經過優(yōu)化，可從正常人外周血細胞中分離 CD117+ 細胞。CD117+ 細胞會與抗體結合，隨后結合至磁珠。將其放入磁場中，非目標細胞可通過傾析從 CD117+ 細胞中分離出來。

進行陽性選擇后，可利用抗人 CD117 抗體（克隆號 YB5.B8）和抗人 CD34 抗體（克隆號 4H11）染色來驗證所選細胞的純度。
