MagniSort? Mouse CD11b Positive Selection Kit 設(shè)計(jì)用于通過陽性選擇實(shí)現(xiàn) CD11b+ 細(xì)胞的磁性分離。它經(jīng)過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗小鼠 CD11b 抗體和鏈霉素親和素包被的磁珠從小鼠骨髓細(xì)胞或脾細(xì)胞中分離 CD11b+ 細(xì)胞。請參考 MagniSort? 小鼠 CD11b 陽性選擇方案，了解從以上兩種組織中分離 CD11b+ 細(xì)胞所需要的特定優(yōu)化條件。CD11b+ 細(xì)胞會與抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠。將其放入磁力架中，非目標(biāo)細(xì)胞可通過傾析從 CD11b+ 細(xì)胞中分離出來。

陽性選擇后，可利用抗小鼠 CD11b（克隆號 M1/70）染色來驗(yàn)證所選細(xì)胞的純度。
